Job description

Mopinion helps companies improve the digital customer experience (CX). Major brands such as Adeo, Tommy Hilfiger, Decathlon and Airfrance-KLM use our SaaS technology to collect customer feedback from their websites, mobile apps and email marketing campaigns.


To support our rapid growth in France, we are looking for a french-speaking intern that helps to strengthen our position. You will be part of our Sales team, while also working closely with other teams such as Marketing and Customer Success. The location of this position is flexible as you can either work remotely or at our HQ in the heart of Rotterdam.

Most of your time will be spent on:

  • Assist our head of sales France in his sales strategy;
  • Proactively search for new opportunities within the following sectors: e-commerce/retail, bank & insurance, health, SaaS;
  • Identify key personas within these prospects;
  • Organize outbound leads (list building);
  • Book demos with inbound leads (marketing qualified leads);
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success and custom support teams.

  • Native French speaker and good level of english (verbal and written);
  • Living in the Netherlands;
  • Affinity with the french tech ecosystem is a big plus;
  • We prefer skills over degrees that’s why you have at least an experience within the software space (SAAS/PAAS preferred);
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM Software preferred;
  • Proactive, independent and eager to learn;
  • Organizational and Planning skills.
