At Mopinion we are looking for a Product Designer for 32 – 40 hours/week.
Mopinion is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) that collects and analyses user feedback on websites, mobile apps and email. Delivering a “seamless digital experience” is all about putting the Voice of the Customer at the heart of an organisation. Mopinion facilitates companies in achieving this customer-centric approach with ease. We work with well over 250 enterprise companies such KLM, T-Mobile, Walmart, Renault and Allianz. Our software is used by various UX researchers, Product Designers, and Product Managers on a daily basis. So in other words, as a Product Designer at Mopinion you will be building a product for other Product Designers.
At Mopinion you will find the right balance between user needs and business goals, as well determine hypotheses and validate them with design solutions. You will work closely with our Product Manager as well as with the Development team to find the best way to validate these hypotheses and maintain a high level of product quality.
We are strong believers of Product Led Growth (PLG) principles and this will therefore give you the opportunity to build and improve our PLG strategy. Both the quality of our communication with customers, and the enablement of communication between users are essential for our growth ambitions. You will focus on improving user onboarding, product adoption and key journeys within our product such as creating feedback forms, setting up data visualisations, and sharing feedback insights within the organisation.
As Product Designer you will:
Formulate hypotheses (together with our Product Manager) to improve Product Led Growth and turn them into high-quality design solutions and prototypes
Measure the success of your decisions with the team and iterate when needed
Work cross-functionally to deliver the best possible user experience
UX research on user perspectives and competitive landscape to generate new ideas and solutions
Create UX and UI deliverables for your initiatives
Validate your UX and UI solutions with users, using both qualitative and quantitative methods
Collaborate with developers to achieve high-quality implementation
Keep up with the fast-paced experimentation and decision-making process
What you will need:
Well-spoken and written English (and preferably Dutch)
3+ years of product design experience. Product/Growth, SaaS B2B models are preferable.
Experience in solutions design for business growth with results achieved in business metrics (such as ARR, ARPA, Churn, MAU)
Expertise in planning, designing, running and analysing User Research activities
Experience in validating design solutions using qualitative and quantitative methods
Ability to present and communicate your creative decisions with confidence and enthusiasm
Experience with AB testing (ie. VWO, Optimizely, or Google Optimize), Analytics and event tracking tools (ie. Mixpanel, Amplitude, Heap.io), Prototyping software (like inVision, Figma, Adobe XD) tools are preferable.
University of Applied Sciences (HBO) or Academic education with a Computer Science, UX design, or digital media profile
