Mopinion helps companies improve the digital customer experience (CX). Major brands such as Adeo, Decathlon, Airfrance-KLM, and Crédit Mutuel Arkéa use our SaaS technology to collect customer feedback from their websites, mobile apps and email marketing campaigns.

To support our rapid growth in EMEA, we are looking for a Business Developer that helps to strengthen our position in France. You will be part of our Sales team, while also working closely with other teams such as Marketing and Customer Success. The location of this position is flexible as you can either work remotely or at our HQ in Rotterdam.


Your role within the team:

  • Proactively search for new opportunities within primarily France and connect with prospects over the phone, events, LinkedIn and other channels
  • Maintaining and expanding relationships with current and future clients in the French market
  • Identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and timeline
  • Grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly revenue goals
  • Support our Marketing team with the production of local events and webinars

Requirements

Your profile:

  • Native French speaker and fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3 - 5 years of experience of direct sales within the enterprise software space (SAAS/PAAS preferred)
  • Experience using an established enterprise software sales process/forecasting methodology
  • Accustomed to exceeding revenue targets (top 10-20% of company performers)
  • A proven sales track record of strong client relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM Software preferred
