Job description

Mopinion helps companies improve the digital customer experience. With our SaaS technology, major brands such as Ahold, Bijenkorf and KLM collect customer feedback on websites, mobile apps and in email marketing campaigns.

Due to rapid growth, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager to strengthen and expand our customer relationships. You will report directly to the team lead Customer Success and work closely with colleagues from New Business and Support. The location of this position is at our headquarters in Rotterdam, but will be mainly remote given the current situation.


Your role within Mopinion:

  • As 'trusted advisor' you will not only ensure an optimal onboarding, but you will also actively think about how our solution fits the needs and (ROI) objectives of our customers;

  • You will be responsible for your own customer portfolio and the associated customer success metrics in the areas of retention, renewals, churn, LTV and cross and upsell;

  • Mopinion has big growth ambitions and your service oriented and commercial attitude will contribute to the further growth of our organization;

  • Because of your proactive attitude you have a lot of contact with customers and where necessary you give (online) product demos during customer meetings and organize trainings and webinars for our customers;

  • You constantly give feedback to the Mopinion team about trends and opportunities in the market;

  • You make sure that customers use our software in the best possible way, so that they are satisfied and stay satisfied. You ensure that obstacles are solved quickly and to their full satisfaction and you identify commercial opportunities.

Requirements

This is what we expect from you:

  • A completed higher education and at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience;

  • A service-oriented and commercial mindset;

  • You are customer oriented, so every customer relationship becomes successful and long lasting;

  • Guts and ambition to grow with a young company and a starter mentality, that can move mountains and you will achieve goals with;

  • Systematic and structural contribution to the objectives set by the team. For this, you also proactively indicate when you see improvements or changes in processes;

  • You work independently and like to immerse yourself in issues that sometimes require a creative solution;

  • You speak the language of UX, Online Marketers and CRO specialists;

  • Strong communication skills (oral and written) in English and French. Other languages are an advantage (f.e. Dutch, German or Spanish).
