Business Development Representative DACH (Work from Rotterdam or Düsseldorf)

Job description

Mopinion helps companies improve the digital customer experience (CX). Major brands such as PayPal,, TUI, and Volkswagen use our SaaS technology to collect customer feedback from their websites, mobile apps and email marketing campaigns.


To support our rapid growth, we are looking for a sales colleague to strengthen our customer relationships in the DACH region. You will be part of our Sales team, while also working closely with other teams such as Marketing and Support. The location of this position is flexible as you can either work remotely from our office in Düsseldorf or at our HQ in Rotterdam.


Your role within the team:

  • Boost sales activities to achieve our international sales targets

  • Responsible for the entire sales process;  from lead generation to closing

  • Follow up on demo requests and assess client needs

  • Prepare quotes and accurately monitor and report on your 'pipeline’

  • Build relationships with key decision-makers at international corporations


Your profile:

  • Entrepreneurial and driven professional with a strong affinity for technology

  • Experience in the world of SaaS and/or Digital Marketing

  • Minimum of 2 years’ successful sales experience, preferably with digital products/software (for example, at a web agency)

  • Fluent in German

  • You are an absolute ‘self-starter’

  • You have strong communication skills, both internally and externally 

  • You are someone who tackles challenges and perseveres in your work

  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
